Dolores Rae Lewis

Dolores Rae Lewis , 52 of State Street passed away Thursday, January 5, 2023 at Albany Medical Center. She was born April 4, 1970 in Schenectady, New York the daughter of the late Christena Lewis Palmer, and Deacon Willie Dixon.

She had worked for 30 years as a home health aide, and was presently enjoying being an entrepreneur, selling paparazzi, jewelry, and all occasion baskets. She enjoyed cooking, listening to music and going to the casino, but most enjoyed spending time with family and friends, she also looked forward to gatherings with her childhood friends group F G.I.

Predeceased by Clifford Jackson and her  late sissister , Crystal Patty Jackson she leaves to cherish her memory.  Her son, Julio A. Lewis of Schenectady, her godchildren; Tamika Boland and Zaniyha Harris of Schenectady , Brandon Banda of Georgia,  Quayshawn Anderson of Albany and Vera McGee, her sisters, Ludmilla Frazier  of Troy, Alene Jackson, Dena Cridelle and Sonya Manning all of Schenectady, Stacey Cridelle of Binghamton , Dymond Williams and Chantel Howard of Georgia , Brothers, Clifford, J. Jackson, Clifford Conyers, Samuel Watters, Bobby Cridelle and Rondon Cridelle, aunts; Valerie, Melissa, Judy, Lewis, Shirley Dukes, and Lola McGee all of  Schenectady, Roberta, Bryant, of South Carolina, Alicia Lewis of Georgia, Alice Hilts, uncles, Tony, Omar, Owen, and all of Schenectady, John Spry of England , Jeffrey McGee of Georgia. Also survived by host of nieces, nephews and cousins and friends. 

A home going celebration to which relatives and friends are invited to attend will be held on Friday , January 13,2023 at 12:00 p.m.
